iAccess Menu

The iAccess menu includes options to open the different workspaces in the application, as well as show To-Dos, settings, and online help.

The following table describes the menu items and buttons:

Button Description
Click to access the Weekly Time Sheet workspace.
Click to access the Daily Time Sheet workspace.
Click to access the Expenses workspace.
Click to access the Mileage workspace.
Click to access Favorites Management.
Click to access Absence Management.
Click to access the Purchase Orders workspace.
Click to access the Absence Approval workspace.
Click to access the Job Reports workspace.
Click to access the Management Reports workspace.
Click to access your list of To-Dos. Click on the number (in this instance, 7), and a drop-down list displays the To-Dos and you can select one and take action.
Click to open the iAccess online help system.

Click to open the system settings options for the user.
